30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Return Process: Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process. If possible, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include all original documentation, accessories, and packaging. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Please indicate the desired replacement if you wish to exchange an item. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to Gift cards, digital goods, Final sale or clearance items, and Personalized or custom-made (or signed) items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
