Characters

Harry’s journey will be grueling, but he will not be swept by the challenging winds the more he roots himself in the new world. But will he face the challenge and make meaningful, trustworthy connections?

  • Akemi Blood Blue-Flower-Red-Bone

Akemi (1004 A.G. Asa 64th) is your usual bookworm, living more within the words than actual life. One would expect she would always be a librarian, and she was. She also tried the adventurer gig to find the plethora of relics portrayed extensively in the books she mentally tasted, and she did! His name was Fernan, and it was as if the pages of her novels had fused to create a perfect being. Now there's no reason to go outdoors anymore because insects are as terrifying as mold.

  • Alford Tolerideme Dirt-Lover

Alford (980 A.G Moacir 71th) is a sucker for anything farming related, so much so it landed him the Dirt King, also called Farm King, role when he was only twenty years old. He met his partner (Luny) when she began working as the new Courtroom Scientist ten years ago, getting fixated on her inventions and improvements in farming. But due to his narrow mind, or likely being in a sort of spectrum, any girl can effortlessly sweet talk him if they start blabbing about farming, leading him to still participates in orgies here and there in secret-ish, leading him on hot water now and then with Luny, and only her apparently since nobody else at Tolerideme cares what you so sexually as long as you take care of the children you make. Some faint rumors state Alford had a child already but refused to take care of it. Still, that rumor was created most likely to either light a fire under Luny’s butt to stop bitching and just have a child with him already or by someone interested in taking over Alford’s position.

  • Amelia Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Amelia (1036 A.G. Adrian 54th) is the contradiction to the statement “the Yabuca never falls far of the tree.” Despite being the second daughter to Kianna, her demeanor is far closer to the likes of introspects and laid-back people like Alford, to the point some have questioned if Amelia is truly Jimmie’s daughter since there was no way Isabel’s soul got in the mix. The soul paternity test has proven that it’s Jimmie’s and Kianna’s daughter. Still, her apathy to social stuff, specifically high-class ones, makes her the odd one out in the family, but not with her friends, of which she has many, including the one and only Nina Sanbi-Royal.

  • Anpu Sundeath Pharaohs

Anpu (995 A.G. Moacir 30th) is the identical twin brother of Anpu. Which one is which? Nobody knows, and that’s on purpose! These two want to become a single entity so badly they are always on nari gels to look perfectly alike. They even developed a synchronicity interface through eyesight that allows them to predict what each other is thinking nearly instinctively. That is unless a monkey wrench is thrown in their act, like Neferteri showing up or you asking a question that scratches the individualism laying dormant underneath it all. Will they become the next leaders of Sundeath? Eventually, yes, but Gamal does not bulge from the role until they get their act together. However, the Pharaohs guild has no other twin girls for marriage, plus ignoring the rumors that these two brothers only love themselves is hard to do when you see them riding a single Egua together, often galloping.

  • Ariana Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Ariana (1034 A.G. Adrian 34th) is the spitting image of her mother, Kianna, down to her boastful confidence and gullibility. There does seem to be a single difference, though—she is far more hotheaded, appearing at noble and related high-class parties, always entertaining the guests at the cost of her mother’s image. Who knows how many people are on her shit list, but they can be sure they will pay the price once she grows and becomes as famous as The Smart Ladies.

  • Arukia Sanbi

Arukia (1021 A.G. Paulin 11th) came from a village built around a large bridge in the road between Forway & Sanbi Kingdom. Seeking a better life, she struggled her way to the city with the biggest crossroads of them all! She worked her ass off to become someone, eventually making her way to specialized tailor, cooking, and accounting schools which seems impossible on cost alone. Apparently, that wasn't impossible enough as she somehow got top of the class on all three specializations, which few ever accomplished. Eiri Sanbi Royal was so impressed by her that she fought with all the might of her department budget to get such talent as a maid for her kingdom—perhaps with the intention of training her to be the next King-maid. Her shifting personality might seem strange to some, but she always manages to be personable enough to make anyone comfortable around her. Although, don't visit Sanbi castle expecting to taste her cooking, as you won't see her near the kitchen.

  • Aurora Tolerideme

Aurora (988 A.G. Asa 31st) is an older woman that has experienced many things in life but has remained positive through it all. One of those experiences coerced her to call Sanbi Kingdom home instead. However, she is now a maid at the Sanbi castle which is a coveted position, so life always works itself out in the end. And no, she won't change her badge to say she's from Sanbi because Tolerideme is where most of her memories and soul are.

  • Bata Sundeath Pharaohs

Bata (995 A.G.

  • Binaata Forway Cliff-Jumper

Binaata or Biny (994 A.G. Paulin 1st) grew up in Forway with parents living paycheck to paycheck. He didn't want that same life for himself, but his lack of education kept getting in the way of his desires. Still, he found his way into a desk job in the Forway Palace where he made slightly more than his parents. That wasn't bad, but with his insider information, and connections, he found a guild that focused on funding adventurers with gear in exchange for a cut of what they earn on quests. Some say he gives people like Kaiana the opportunity to become someone, but others say it's a scam! Countless people soul-died in the belly of beasts for signing contracts like this, only to put their guilds or co-signs into life debt—

  • Brandi Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Brandi (1039 A.G. Asa 69th) is the newest member of the Whoop-Ass guild and likely not the last. Some people are already betting whether he will turn out closer to Ariana or Amelia.

  • Clodoveu Big-Gyut

Clodoveu (984 A.G. Moacir 24th) is the leader of Blue Wozen’s second squadron and more of a babysitter of two unruly kids than a bandit. He grew up with Clodoveu and Wilson back in Gyut. He was making his way to be just another apprentice after his parents sweated blood to pay to enroll him in fundamental education—but his constant daydreaming got him kicked out. His parents then kicked him out of the home soon after, and he stumbled through life, discovering himself as he did naughtier and naughtier things until Kozaku found and hired him. Feel free to say hi if you encounter him on his day off! He is quite the gentleman to everyone. However, if you met him during his work activities then kiss your ass goodbye (in the literal sense if you're a twink, as he knows what he likes.)

  • Coema Half-Cruro

Coema (987 A.G. Paulin 29th) was the previous Sanbi's King-maid. Under her ruling, the populace seemed to love her direct, no-bullshit attitude. Visiting male officers from other kingdoms also sang very high praises of the hospitality offered at Sanbi Castle. On the other, tax evaders hated her guts as she furiously found and punished them, possibly being able to do so due to her peculiar close relationship with Cruros throughout the years. Instead of retiring, she decided to sail away to Newland, presumably because she's a busybody.

  • Dalila Broken-Tree

Dalila (1027 A.G. Asa 17th) is, without a doubt, a distilled version of her mother’s intelligence combined with her father’s friendly demeanor and strong wanderlust. She picked up on Forway's distinct and ever-changing fashion trends more than her mom, but part of her heart is still Toleridemian. She probably has the same wanderlust problems as her father, if not worse, as she feels this tickle of venturing beyond the four kingdoms to see things nobody else has seen, maybe even finding the ancient species! She would skip Hifuna, though! She is not that crazy like some adventurers she heard from bards, read herself in the newspapers after they were torn apart like it was nothing, or glorified in the novels after they soul-died.

  • Eiri Sanbi Royal

Eiri (1017 A.G. Paulin 74th) was recently voted the new King-maid of Sanbi, taking after her mother, Coema. She tells everyone she will not only fill the big shoes she left behind but also make them much larger for the next King-maid to fill. Easy to say, but being facetious and lewd like her mother is probably just a fraction of the requirements to be a successful King-maid.

  • Emelia Lakeeye Rich-Flower

Emelia (1018 A.G. Asa 44th) is a successful owner of Emelia’s Flowery Paradise. So many people, primarily men, visit her flower constantly and spend an absurd amount of money buying flowers to get a chance to talk to her—like a true simp. If only they knew she prefers the company of Darfaries woman instead. Actually, some do, but they still insist on that infinitely low chance of getting in between her THICC thighs and motorboat her double D bewbs. Anyways, she takes pretty good care of her business by having one of the widest and freshest selections outta there. She even managed to grow some wilder varieties in-house for the clientele with heavy pockets and stranger tastes. The only thing some question is how she got the money to build the flower shop in the first place—maybe her margins too, as flowers can’t be that profitable with how tight the shelf life is.

  • Eori Sanbi Royal

Eori (1021 A.G. Moacir 47th) is the third princess of Sanbi and the sharpest princess of the bunch. The populace assumes Sanbi's monarchy will select her to ascend the throne and continue Neferteri's wishes specifically as she laid out, giving her soul to ensure the kingdom will forever be prosperous—that's what Eori presumes of her future looming on the horizon. Safe to say there's no escape, but nobody knows what's cooking in her mind. Her tabula rasa and distant treatment of everyone seem almost as if she's trying to hide something under the face. Only a few ever have seen her genuinely smile, and if you ask them what it looked like, they will likely say "a viciously ear-to-ear grin" and then shake their heads to try to forget ever seeing it.

  • Fernan Blood Blue-Flower-Red-Bone

Fernan (994 A.G. Adrian 6th) was a fairly well-known sapphire adventurer, celebrated for being hands-on in many exploits in keeping the four kingdoms safe. You can still find a statue of him in Tastyleaf after he defended the city from a sudden coordinated attack from awfully intelligent Hifuna beasts. His compassionate tenacity and selfless bravery even inspired many bards and painters, or his handsome looks and charming demeanor had something to do with it—or both likely! Pity that another group of Hifuna beasts claimed his life many years later as he once again selflessly defended his party.

  • Francisco Forway Tea-Drinkers

Francisco (857 A.G. Paulin 51th) grew up in Gandew and seemed to be your usual Gandew-proud Darfaries. Things suddenly changed after a booze-filled dungeon party on his twentieth birthday ended up in misery when he lost his parents and friends in a fell swoop. Afterward, He left Gandew and never came back. He stumbled through life, and after many hardships, mostly caused by his own deteriorating mental status, he had a new chance in life after a human courtesan he pleasured with gave life to a child named Takeo. With a mouth to feed, he enrolled in the Tea-Drinkers guild and found himself a family.

  • Gabiro Sanbi Royal

Gabiro (937 A.G. Paulin 78th) always had an inkling of Soul Energy and its inner workings, but a life of having superior abilities ended up affecting his social skills; it turned him into a notorious scientist that pumped out research papers like nobody else, but now nobody dares to sit down with him to discuss it's intricate details over a drink. Actually, it's worse as many do not even dare to challenge him in doing peer review as they know a barrage of Winga mail filled with threats from Gabiro is bound to come—which itself is not the worst part either. Gabiro will meticulously tear apart everything you published with his hundred pages peer-review that will terminate your life as a scientist.

  • Gamal Sundeath Pharaohs

Gamal (974 A.G. Asa 58th) is the current Pharaoh of Sundeath. His will and knowledge are something to be feared, except a growing number of outsiders believe that he is stuck in the far past, refusing to understand, let alone acknowledge, that Sundeath is isolating itself from the rest of the world. People expect Forway to act sooner rather than later and stop this growing divergence for the sake of economic unity. In contrast, historians argue that doing so would put Gandew on alert and undoubtedly lead to war because culture is more of a priority than economic unity. Either way, if you find yourself talking to the Pharaoh, don't mind his RBF or a simple hand wave as his official response—he might agree with you but likely will never show it.

  • Hanako Flatland

Hanako (1024 A.G. Asa 12th) was another victim of the Goodbye Cliff. She might not know who her dickhole parents are, but that doesn't matter anyways since she found herself in a better family—the Wood-People-Picker family. She might not officially be part of the guild yet, but that's neither here nor there! What matters is that the restaurant is now part of her soul! That's just paperwork collecting dust in a vault somewhere. What matters is that Mimi is at her side, sometimes annoying the living crap out of her, but she can't let that get in the way of caring for her only blood connection.

  • Hiromi High-Gandew Tough-Hammer

Hiromi (994 A.G. Asa 44th) was born and raised in Gandew, but his heart longed to see the vast blue sea he saw in the picture books he had from childhood. Once he began exploring the world, his wanderlust grew so strong that you rarely see him in the same place twice! That is unless there is booze to chug with a friendly face while getting caught up on adventurer gossip. He is technically the prince of both Gandew and Sanbi Kingdoms after a weird encounter with Princess Yacamim that led to romance, but don't expect them to act royal any time soon, or ever.

  • Honati Broken-Tree

Honati (998 A.G. Paulin 84th) came from a large family in Forway. From an early age, she had to roll with the punches and figure shit out as her parents were too busy working to feed all the mouths they brought into this world. She never had the opportunity to study at a fundamental school, let alone an apprentice program or specialization school. Even though she can't read either, that hasn't stopped her from talking herself into odd jobs until she became a steady bartender at Broken-Knuckle. That was until she met Laramy and fell in love with him. Her love knows no bounds, and she will stomp on his so-called friends if they try to take advantage of her chubby, adorable husband.

  • Huneo Sanbi Sandour

Huneo (1016 A.G. Adrian 13th) grew up in Forway, basked in its "higher mentality" cultural space where his family was filthy rich. That didn't make them forget about their roots, though, as they are still tied back to the Sanbi Kingdom and the rest of the "uncultured" family that still lives there. The family's "cultured" branch, especially Huneo, looks hellbent on making Sanbi Kingdom a proud place to live—removing that carefree, chill vibe. It's fair to say that's a tall order for a tiny man, but that's not stopping him as he has already become a Captain guard of the Sanbi Kingdom—although some believe some sapphire balls falling on someone's pockets had something to do with it.

  • Isabel Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Isabel (1011 A.G. Adrian 44th) lucked out when she got pregnant at one of the orgy parties Jimmie attended, bringing home the seed and paycheck for life that is now called Brandi. Technically, she is now Jimmie's second partner for life, but if you don't know it, she appears closer to a maid instead, as she cares for the three kids while Kianna and Jimmie are out about. That is until these two get themselves into a bad contract, and Isabel, being the level-headed out of the group, comes in to rescue them out of their own mess…  Such a perfect sitcom guild!

  • Itagiba Sanbi Royal

Itagiba (994 A.G. Paulin 5th) is a long-time king of Sanbi. He enjoys living day-to-day while caring for his people in the usual straightforward manner because what matters is what you did, not how you did it—after all, that's what people remember at the end of the day. Everyone loves talking to him, but everyone also knows to avoid fucking with his daughters and their pursuit of happiness.

  • Itanema Sanbi-East

Itanema (1012 A.G. Asa 24th) came from a poor childhood, and with the help of her father, Sinoi, she became a maid at Sanbi's castle. Many visitors saw her cutting corners in her job, and even after being placed on a PIP to become as good as other maids, she still appears to be the usual Itanema. Maybe something about her tight-lipped, subservient nature keeps her from being replaced by better chefs and tailors constantly being trained at Forway's specialized school.

  • Jimmie Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Jimmie (997 A.G. Moacir 73th) love for life is split between booze and fat poontang, known for his decisive attitude, a great network of people, reeking of booze at all timehunks, and often being found in an orgy pile of big chicks warming him up. All, some more necessary than others, are characteristics of the great Alcohol King, more commonly called Booze King. His unique recipe is still one of the best things ever invented out of Tolerideme, being the sole reason for lifting his family farm out of obscurity and into riches and even leadership. Someday, those riches will surely be a point of contention between the growing number of kids.

  • Jonem Blood Blue-Flower-Red-Bone

Jonem (1029 A.G. Paulin 7th) is just as much of a bookworm as his mother and unsurprisingly looks like her too! Except he lacks the same wordsmith when it comes to talking with others—he digresses with that statement though. He's going to school, hoping to get a steady bookkeeping job rather than just being stuck at a library book reading. Safe to say, his mother came up with that phrase rather than him.

  • July Forway Tea-Drinkers

July (1013 A.G. Adrian 85th) fled Freeish, and finding her way into Forway, she became the youngest member accepted at Tea-Drinkers. Her CQC skills are bar none in the guild, but there's a good chance her charisma and making men feel good helped her get in. You can fully trust her as a party member, but please don't prod into her past or try to feed any nari gels to her—she literally killed someone for daring to splat nari refresher in her mouth. She is also very protective of her precious Mugi. It might be just an average-looking male Sayna, but its intelligence and cuddliness are certainly not average.

  • Kaiana Forway Cliff-Jumper

Kaiana (1014 A.G. Asa 15) a.k.a "Quick-Witted White Caster" is what Kaiana wants you to know her as. She went as far as sewing "QWWC" in her uniform to make it stick into people's brains. However, as she grew in adventurer rank, the nicknames "Angry White Caster with Double D" and "AWC with Double D" stuck both amongst adventurers and the populace alike. No way in her soul-death she would sew that into her uniform!

  • Katsuki Flatland Long-Blue

Katsuki (1017 A.G. Asa 80th) is a highly reserved girl, barely talking much with anyone but her sister. However, even with her sister, she does not seem to disclose everything rattling inside her brain, especially after signing a Red Winga contract her sister coerced her to. Although, if she does open her mouth, you might have a hard time decrypting her speech manner, so not like you're gaining much from it anyways.

  • Katsumi Flatland Long-Blue

Katsumi (1017 A.G. Asa 80th) doesn't know how to read, but that hasn't stopped her from having fun by getting cozy with Red Winga and pleasing them by milking info, among other things, from men. Sure, her ability to walk about freely is not a given, but at least she does not have to worry about food and where to sleep. The slums aren't known for being forgiven—

  • Kianna Tolerideme Whoop-Ass

Kianna (1004 A.G. Asa 14th) is a Toleridemian through and through, except when it comes to her apparent greed and exuberance that rivals the most high society from Forway. Her power grew vast once she became Jimmie’s first partner by giving birth to Ariana, a spitting image of herself, down to the ambition of being atop it all and the willingness to step on everyone and everything on her way to get there. Nobody is perfect, though, and it is commonly known that if you stroke her ego just right, you can make her gullible to pretty much any business deal, even shitty ones!

  • Kibe Sanbi Royal

Kibe (989 A.G. Adrian 20th) was raised at an orphanage and received an opportunity to ascend from nothing by becoming Gabiro's apprentice. His somewhat detached behavior can come off as being abrasive, but he will get the job done—in the "it's technically done" kind of way. The populace doesn't seem to have his name at the tip of their tongue, but safe to say it's his fault for being as good as a Brunto when it comes to public speaking.

  • Kiko Half-Cruro

Kiko (1018 A.G. Adrian 37th) is an entrepreneur known for founding the Half-cruro and bringing it from nothing into one of the biggest, at least in terms of raw size, guilds in the Sanbi kingdom. Some have accused his guild contracts of violating The Prosperity Treaty Section #4 Sub 1 & 3 for making the contract lopsided in benefitting the guild. However, Forway officials have stated that the fact it grants a pathway for Cruros to flee the tribes and become proper kingdom citizens is a fair exchange for lifelong servitude at cheap rates.

  • Kozaku Forway

Kozaku (931 A.G. Adrian 70th) became the infamous leader of Blue Wozens, a bandit group that focuses on operating its business in the wider region between Forway and Sanbi. Not much is known about him besides being a wider human-sized Darfaries and born to rather poor mixed-blood parents. Official documents state he disappeared from Forway not long after signing a contract with a wealthy baron that he, to this day, still hasn't delivered on his part. He's also known to be exceedingly extremely aggressive and gory—according to the rare few who escaped his grips. If you see him, make sure to call him boss if you want to have the slightest chance of at least having your desecrated corpse dropped on the side of the road to be found and revived.

  • Laramy Broken-Tree

Laramy (986 A.G. Paulin 34th) is a trader born north of Tolerideme in a village called Broken-tree. However, as soon as he was out of the uterus, he was in a wagon traveling around with his merchant parents. The merchant life led him to make friends across the four kingdoms, with some definitely using that friendship to make one-sided trades against him. He doesn't seem to pay much mind to it as he seems to enjoy that life more for the strong wanderlust he developed rather than purely for money. His wife and daughter also picked up the wanderlust, so you will never see them anywhere for more than a week, even at their physical address, which is just a bedroom at Melada's house—Laramy's cousin.

  • Laura Forway White-Bell

Laura (1009 A.G. Asa 72nd) is a telltale rag-to-riches story, or more precisely, from being fucked in the ass to being the one fucking people up their ass. She would never put her previous courtesan life in those words, but you get the point! She is now a major force behind the courtesan places around Forway, and has a lot of people by their private parts with how much information she gathered over the years. Frequent rumors say she is the one behind Red Winga, or at least helping them rise to power to the point of interfering with some Forway legislature power, but somehow nobody seems to want to take action about it, including Forway itself.

  • Lofingha Forway Amethyst-Captain

Lofingha (1007 A.G. Asa 84th) is one of the youngest Amethyst captains in Forway, one in a blue moon seen visiting her father in Sanbi. If you think she got to where she's at because of her father Lofinghy greasing the wheels, then you better keep that thought in your brain and not let it slip out of your mouth. Why so? She is just as strong-willed and has a strong sense of conviction in her morals, but her patience is likely a tenth of her father's. It's no joke; if you see a vein popping in her head, it's too late. You're fucked, but at least you're going to learn that she is just as capable as her father in getting anyone to fall in line—in her ways, that is, often starting with "bond" and ending with "age." You should also avoid asking too much about her Darfaries appearance, specifically her chopped ears or her chopping her ears as soon as she heals herself; a strong hint as to why is that her mother separated her father when she was a small kid. On the other hand, she stated previously that she just hates the floppiness of the ears, so nobody but herself knows exactly why.

  • Lofinghy Sanbi Forway Aquamarine-General

Lofinghy (993 A.G Adrian 51th) is a well-known Forway General on the entire East Coast. The armor and general cap are a dead giveaway, yes, but many people will still recognize him when he is dressed in plain clothes. He was born and raised in the fish-smelling Sanbi Kingdom, but at the tender age of fifteen, he suddenly skipped town and went to Forway to grind away. It was an odd decision, but he knew that's where the money was. He was on the grind until he eventually rose to become an aquamarine captain at Forway. However, the more time passed, the more he longed for Sanbi Kingdom, its laid-back vibe, and tasty, homely meals. With more power, there's a greater ability to bend fate to your will, so he created an opportunity to move back to Sanbi while remaining a top dog. Now the Captain of the Forway embassy Forway, he works—and drinks—closely with Sanbi Royals to push for better Sanbi policies. If you want to get cozy with him, make sure to buy a Purply Smart Lambic Beer, and say “I don’t agree with you” in something random he said before in public. Just do that and he will debate you for the rest of the day.

  • Luny Tolerideme Dirt-Lover

Luny (997 A.G Asa 64th) was a city girl born and raised in Forway's magnificent, ecstatic luxury, where anything is possible if you have the money. Despite all that, something deep inside her always longed for something different. Traveling about, rather aimless in life, a flame of passion arose within her when she visited Tolerideme. The simple, ironclad culture and life of Tolerideme folks drew her in like a wood people to a fost stone. With her deep, blunt opinions based on her vast knowledge, she became the courtroom scientist for Tolerideme, which led to her becoming a partner to Alford. Her jealous rants lead people to believe she would prefer the "wife" title, but such a notion doesn't exist in Tolerideme.

  • Maiara Sanbi Royal

Maiara (1015 A.G. Moacir 6th) appears to be the same as her identical sister, Yacamim, including her uncivil speech. Actually, She seems to be far more uncivil and brazen than Yacamim. Best to talk with her while avoiding any comparison or enticing her to compete, or you might unwittingly get smacked in the face, if not worse. She will not hold back on anything, which is probably why Sanbi's Homeegg team has been kicking ass in the Forway finals these past years.

  • Magi Blood Blue-Flower-Red-Bone

Magi (1020 A.G. Asa 3rd) came from Blood and now wanders throughout the kingdoms after becoming a pearl adventurer. She knows her narcolepsy is the last trait someone in her position should have, but she has to find her father after his suspicious demise! Especially after the lies his supposed friends babbled to her family to soothe the pain. Plus, her family guild is being burdened by a fair amount of debt, so she has to help her mom keep things afloat and her young brother in school to have a better opportunity in life.

  • Maicon Crossroads Black-Dove

Maicon (1011 A.G. Adrian 75th) is for sure a frequenter of many illegal establishments catering to peculiar tastes, yet he somehow doesn't like long sandwiches. He must have so much blackmail on him that if revealed, Forway would demand him to be carried so fast to Hifuna that he would be flown over there by guards using Winga nari gels rather than being taken by wagon. But then again, he does have a lot of dirt on people too, so if you ruffle that feather, shit will spread all the way to Newland.

  • Marcus Big-Gyut

Marcus (997 A.G. Moacir 49th) is an aspiring leader—of a truculent bandit group called Blue Wozens. He even has people call him “boss” as well! Well, more like “person” since it’s only Wilson that does that. He seems to fucking hate the guts of his squadron but somehow never left. Forway and Sanbi guards would have a field day killing him over and over as a payback for all the atrocities he did, but he’s as slithery and sneaky as a soreno.

  • Melada Tolerideme

Melada (1007 A.G. Paulin 101th) describes herself as an entrepreneur, always ready to be the first to smell blood in the water of her enemies and strike head first with her knowledge of many industries and her many, many connections through the four kingdoms. Others succinctly describe her as a lying, thieving cunt. Her makeup is as heavy as her jewelry, and she has been in and out of so many guilds, contracts, investigations, and punishments that it placed measurable stress on Forway's bookkeeping on her. She is also known for gambling away a lot, which might be why she is no longer in Forway. She says that's a lie, and she still goes there all the time, but Toleridemians say otherwise, as they now have to put up with all the crap she's trying to pull, including her sister Honati and niece Dalila who has to come to the rescue every now and then.

  • Mimi Flatland

Mimi (1024 A.G. Asa 12th) is Hanako's fraternal twin, and even though she lived the same life as her, most people wouldn't believe they are even related unless they look carefully at their shared features. After bounding to Yosuke, she left Flatland and now works at her master's restaurant! It's a popular place in the Forway's southern district. If you do visit it, then don't pay any mind to her zipping around doing random things. Also, don't bother asking her for anything! She will drop whatever she was doing to help you, but then she will forget what she was supposed to do, then go off a random tangent only to get yelled at by Hanako, then cry her heart out in the middle of the restaurant. Meanwhile, the kitchen grinds to a halt because Yosuke has to appear to console her, then scream at you for causing a mess, if not outright kicking you out.

  • Morika Tolerideme

Morika (1014 A.G. Asa 24th) is like the antithesis of a Tolerideme gentleman! Not only he's ripped as fuck, but also unusually quiet and submissive. Whoever sees his badge will probably question if he needs to update his home location, but he refuses to tell anyone where he lives now or why he hasn't been around Tolerideme in a long while. Even Forway investigated him for tax evasion for taking so few quests from embassies, but they couldn't find any incriminating evidence—they also had a hard time finding him too, even after discovering he lived around SweetLake in his teen years.

  • Nailah Rebula

Nailah (1015 A.G. Paulin 28th) is a village girl born to Sundeath parents that fled the desert weather. Not many people have seen or talked to her, but they have seen one of her beautifully intricate wood carvings on display somewhere. To be fair, many people assumed it was a pseudonym for another artist rather than someone living in a village called Rebula—why would such a brilliant artist live so far away from the big city? Her answer to that snob question always has been Rebula is where my heart is!

  • Namia Sundeath

Namia (1015 A.G. Paulin 27) came from one of the servant pharaoh families in Sundeath but, at some point, moved to Sanbi. Not much is known about her given how few friends she seems to have, but the little some know points to her being a nari gel abuser, spending all her money trying out different fake bodies, especially animals and beasts, for who knows what. She is not an adventurer and won't talk about herself. Some have mistaken her for Queen Neferteri, but likely that is down to Sanbi & Tolerideme people unable to tell people from Sundeath apart from one another, like cruros, or she could be using nari gels too. Either way, don't get in her way, or she will cut you down.

  • Naunet Sundeath Pharaohs

Naunet (989 A.G. Adrian 25th) is the wife of the current Pharaoh of Sundeath—also her brother, but that's neither here nor there. Some refer to her as the Neferteri of the West. Still, you shouldn't say that to her face jokingly, even during her frequent visits to Gandew, or you might mysteriously be arrested the next time you visit Sundeath—which can be quite problematic if you don't have strings to pull given their "guilty until proven innocent" set in stone law. Her somewhat stoic face hides what she is brewing in her mind from even the best traders, parting enough people from their balls to continue funding the dessert hole called Sundeath.

  • Neferteri Sanbi Royal

Neferteri (999 A.G. Moacir 42nd) is the long-time Queen of Sanbi and the counterpart the King desperately needs. Her visionary dreams to elevate the Sanbi Kingdom above the other three kingdoms, plus Forway meddling, are yielding a pronounced impact on the GDP, albeit not as swiftly and profounded as she desired. The caveat is that she won't be in the monarchy department forever, and it seems that an apparent power vacuum will be left behind when the future queen, possibly Princess Eori, ascends to the throne.

  • Nina Sanbi Royal

Nina (1032 A.G. Asa 80th) is the smallest in size, but her energy more than compensates for it—to the disdain of her mother, Neferteri. There is a chance she might follow after Princess Eori, but people seem to be betting she will turn out to be something closer to Yacamim or Maiara. Hopefully, less Maiara and more Yacamim with Eori's intelligence if you ask a passerby.

  • Nooru High-Gandew Tough-Hammer

Nooru (919 A.G. Adrian 19th) is, without a doubt, the most friendly King of Gandew in the books. It would be fair to expect a high approval rate from his citizens, but that only applies to support from other kingdoms. Some people within his monarchy suspect his overly warm relationships with non-Darfaries folks extend as far as frolicking with them too.

  • Perderhora Endlessfog

Perderhora (?) is an unknown person or a passive beast. The jury is still out because even catching a glimpse of him nowadays is rare. Like a scaredy cat, he avoids contact at all costs. If you see a pair of feet sticking out of the ground as you hike around deep in the forests northwest of Forway, then you likely spotted a dead person disposed of by a gang or him sleeping in a burrow. Either way, better leave him be as the few people who still know him, or more likely know of him from hearing or reading recorded history, is that he was a famous attraction of Manhia’s Crazy Circus. Focus on “was” because a group of members from Pussy Power attacked the caravan as it was passing near Dealtacross.

  • Posaqui Sanbi

Posaqui (1023 A.G. Asa 33) is a natural Sanbi, and proud of it. He is known for his grandiose talking, sometimes going on for entire timehunks, especially when people gaslight him to do so. He is an Amethyst adventurer, constantly flashing highly decorated, sparkling weapons that look awfully unused for a supposed adventurer. Perhaps he needs it less because he often talks himself out of combat, or somehow his more diminutive stature allows him to be that extra swift with his weapons—or he illegally subcontracts the work. No one knows for sure, including Forway, after they investigated him for flashing too many new gadgets, makeup, and weapons despite being so picky about the quests he takes. The people that know him assume he dabbles in information trading, given how he's out about traveling non-stop.

  • Rimir Forway

Rimir (1012 A.G. Moacir 43th) is a Forway native with impressive skills in following directions as a station chef, even though he never had formal education. Other restaurants tried to steal him away from the head chef Yosuke, but he always refused. Many have asked him why a man with what seems to be a bright future is stuck working for a grumpy old man in a restaurant for the masses, though they never got a solid answer from Rimir. Gossip between chefs is that he had an unofficial contract, or maybe he was promised the restaurant when Yosuke soul-dies—but then again, why is he not the head chef already? Some do believe he must have had an affair with him.

  • Ryo Flatland Long-Blue

Ryo (974 A.G. Paulin 69th) became an extremely wealthy merchant after his parents taught him the ropes! Well, that is, if you do not count all the failed ventures he's still paying off after signing contracts. Somehow the mounds of debts still haven't deterred him from being spotted all over the kingdoms, doing even more business. He loves to brag about his motto to his close friends, Gotta spend someone else's balls to make yourself some balls!

  • Satomi High-Gandew Tough-Hammer

Satomi (949 A.G. Moacir 11th) is the Queen of Gandew and a true Darfaries in spirit because she works hard, cares for her fellow Darfaries, and is as xenophobic as she gets. Perhaps being the only child of the previous king had something to do with it—or something suspicious is going on with her husband always missing one of his tusks.

  • Severino Rebula

Severino (1007 A.G. Adrian 79th) is well-known around the countryside south of Forway for his expertise in logging and forest management—even though he doesn't have a formal education. As the village elder of Rebula, he is a stern leader of his populace. One would expect most to bitch about him and his authoritarian leadership, but his passion for his village's prosperity inspires everyone to do their best—plus, nobody wants to be on his shit list.

  • Sinoi Sanbi-East

Sinoi (965 A.G. Asa 12th) works miscellaneous jobs as he enjoys his retirement, but perhaps he is still paying off his debts after raising his daughter, Itanema, to have a better life. He is not one to talk much or even hang out with others.

  • Sora Sanbi Blue-Glass

Sora (1025 A.G Moacir 75th) is a loveable Wozefaries, adored by many for her eagerness to do her best while juggling her maid job and her parents' soap mart at the same time. She puts aside her shyness to get things done for the greater good of the kingdom! Well, most of the time, that is. There is only so much embarrassment a young girl can take, and being asked out on a date or being told she is cute is too much for her to handle.

  • Takeo Forway Tea-Drinkers

Takeo (969 A.G. Asa 23th) is Francisco's only son and a Darfaries to the passersby after they glance at his tall height and girthy protuberant teeth. Except! Takeo is technically human as he lacks the Darfaries' veins. He is known for being too reserved and polite with everyone, often going as far as dropping out of parties over any small conflicts rather than hashing them out. At the same time, he is a man of simple words... Maybe too few, as he's far more receptive to cutting your tongue off, or more likely your fingers with his favorite clipper, instead of telling you to shut up. Some think he has a weird power trip by purposely making his clipper as dull as possible, while others suspect he might be eating more Hifuna Yabucas than he should.

  • Tarou Mid-Gandew Strong-Leg

Tarou (899 A.G. Asa 56th) is a Forfaries as he self-proclaims (as in Forway Darfaries.) He prefers Darfaries woman over any female human, but he can make exceptions. The same applies to all other facets of his life, and so he met, negotiated, mated, and ate with a whole bunch of individuals across the four kingdoms and surrounding regions. His daring adventures as a businessman gave him some lifelong memories and took him to places most people have never seen before, but one day it will cost him his life. Until then, he's carrying on, enjoying life as it happens, then traveling back to his home in Gandew to sip Rakuja wine.

  • The Stinger

The Stinger (?) is an adventurer, or at least people who have seen it assume so. This person is found once in a while wandering around, often bloodied in beast or fauna guts. Nobody knows who that is and what it is doing, so most people avoid it—even Forway guards. One day Forway will issue an official investigation and figure out who's behind it! On the other hand, quite a few people think it's just an urban legend, and investigating it is a waste of balls as it is not negatively impacting the weekly new quest rate at the Forway embassies.

  • Vitor Rebula

Vitor (1025 A.G. Asa 2nd) is ready to take Rebula from a random village not even on the map to a city where people would envy to live! He might pull that off one day on spirit alone, but being a homebody and introvert like her mother is not helping him with such an idealistic dream. At least he seems to have inherited both skills from his parents, so maybe it's just a matter of growing up first before tackling his dreams.

  • Wilson Big-Gyut

Wilson (1019 A.G. Moacir 19th) is definitive proof that humans don't need a brain to survive, despite Marcus proving that wrong time after time whenever he cracks Wilson's skull open. Maybe he just refuses to use it? More than once, he opened his mouth to a guard and told him who he was and that he had fun being a bandit! And that's not the worst part either; once he showed the guard an item he had stolen and pointed to the post asking to find it with a burst of dumb laughter as if he was bragging about it to a long-time friend. Needless to say, Marcus split his head open after they skipped town. At least he seems to be good with the bow, or it's all because of the shiny bow he carries around like a conjoined twin.

  • Yacamim Sanbi Royal

Yacamim (1015 A.G. Moacir 6th) is a princess in name only, as her true life calling is doing whatever she feels like, whenever she feels like. Her father would surely like to see her around more, while some citizens know her by name only, if at all. However, the world is full of adventures and dangers that keep calling to her, and that's far better than sitting and listening to people bitching all day.

  • Yosuke Forway Wood-People-Picker

Yosuke (959 A.G. Adrian 8th) is a connoisseur of food. He took the opportunity his wealthy father gave to him to travel around the world to discover as much as he could about food by working in random kitchens. After returning to Forway, he created the Wood People Picker, where he likes to experiment with everything he has learned, sometimes to the detriment of the restaurant's success by not offering any “tried and true” recipes bothering to offer past success again. If you decide to visit the restaurant, DO NOT dare argue with him unless you want to pick an intense verbal fight. You might be the biggest Darfaries that ever lived, though you will not be able to out-scream Yosuke when he is pissed.

  • Zico Half-Cruro

Zico (1023 A.G. Asa 69th) works for Kiko or is perhaps an assistant to him. He's like the village dog, walking about Sanbi every single day, grunting away something akin to words as he scribbles away on his journal to communicate with anyone willing to give him an ear. Some say you haven't visited Sanbi until you have spotted and said hi to Zico.
