Howdy!

SWFL Anime-Fest 2024 was short but sweet! We had a good time in the Florida weather, and we appreciate the warm welcome of so many Anime, manga, and Light Novel fans from all around! Plus, we had awesome table neighbors, too! Giving a special shot out to @eraser_punk for being her first con! Check her awesome work on Insta! To the other awesome connections I made, I will be sure to follow up on ya too!

On my end, we’ve been plugging away on Book 3 Black & White illustrations (about 90%), but we’re behind Vol 3 draft 1 (about 15%.) Webtoon has been stalled a bit as we had to deviate the illustrator’s attention to necessary work with a cosplayer that we will divulge when the time is right. There’s other stuff behind the scenes as well that we won’t go into many details, but be sure that we’re making as much progress as we possibly can while ensuring we don’t burn ourselves out as at the end of the day, this is supposed to be fun, not a chore :)

And if you’re at that point on your hobby project, then make sure to throttle down a bit. And if you’re like that at work, then maybe consider changing it up! … All right, enough wisdom of the random Midwestern Brazilian writing Japanese styled-Light Novels for the lolz.
